A discussion of photos, cameras, and all things photographic, primarily using pre-1980's cameras and equipment. A place to organize and get an idea of my work over the last two years. This might possibly be the greatest photo blog ever done, or not!!! (Sarcasm) Please look anyway. Comments are very welcome. Check back frequently, because I update four to five times per week.
These were taken alongside the road I travel to work every morning. I am quite lucky that way. Please click on the photos to see the larger sizes. Feel free to comment. Many of these reflections take on an almost "painterly" quality, especially in a slight breeze.

My son asked me why I take so many pictures, why I was obsessed with cameras. I told him that I did it to capture moments of time that we would never have again. I didn't want to forget, or possibly be forgotten, so I was trying to capture the important parts of our lives. The outdoors is a fascination to me, as well as reading, writing, education and traditional archery. Oh Yeah! I forgot to say that I enjoy teaching at Enterprise. I actually like teenagers. Most are punks but, I still kind of like them. I am kind of sick that way. Go figure.
